Hi, I am Monica Rasmussen from Norway born in 75 -A Cosmic Co-Creator,innovator and rebel♏

I am a Cosmic Glow-Up Coach, meaning I combine my knowledge as an Astrologer (Strategic Intuitive), Online Trainer (PT), Hairdresser, and Makeup Artist to create your own personal Glow-Up Transformation.
I am also an Author, and in 2023 I wrote Cosmic Co-Creator.
I am Norwegian and based just outside Kristiansand, Norway.
My journey has been anything but linear, but each step has brought me closer to aligning with my true purpose.
I started my career in the hairdressing and makeup industry, spending nearly two decades helping others express themselves through beauty. In 2009, my life took a turn when I faced significant health challenges. Determined to heal myself and others, I transitioned into personal training. While I helped many clients reach their fitness goals, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing from the approach the personal training industry had.
That’s when I decided to follow a long-held dream of studying astrology. Diving deep into this ancient wisdom, I began to see how our thought patterns, emotional states, belief systems, and behaviors are profoundly interconnected with fitness and holistic health. Applying these insights to my own life and health, I broke free from limitations that had held me back. One of my proudest moments was achieving a 3rd place in a fitness competition, something I never thought possible with my past destructive mindset and lifestyle patterns.
Today, I combine my expertise in astrology, fitness, and personal development to empower ambitious, spiritual entrepreneurial women—and help them look their best in their online marketing.

Through my work, coaching programs, and podcast, my mission is clear: to inspire and help female entrepreneurs create their own personal Glow-Up Transformation in body, mindset, and appearance, so they can be empowered, confident, and visible in their online marketing.

My personal story
I live in Hornnes outside Kristiansand in Norway with my partner in lovely surroundings of nature.As a former fitness athlete I love strength training,it keeps me mentally,emotionally and physically strong in business, and it boosts my creative flow in business.
I love reading self development books like quantum physics, astrology and manifestation.
Two of my favorites are:
Ask & You shall receive by Jerry & Esther Hicks -This book changed my life and perspective on manifestation!
Breaking the habit of being yourself- Dr.Joe Dispenza- This book made me make sense of quantum physics to change my life,health and business even further!
I love taking long walks in nature preferably 2 hours a day in silence or with my favorite self development podcast on my ear.
I am an intro-extrovert and I need a lot of me- time and silence.That's when I connect to my intuition and get next step answers in business and life. But I alos love to create and be highly visible and artistic!
I grew up in a small town on the coast of Norway- Gryllefjord in Senja. If you ever go to Norway in the summer, you must visit this place. And in the winter you must see the northern lights!
I have lived in many places: Hollywood in USA, Mallorca Spain, Canary Islands, Stockholm Sweden and a lot of different places in Norway. I even lived in Svalbard as a kid,it was too cold! I love to travel,preferably in warm exotic places. Soon one day I will live in Spain again.
I love dark mocha chocolate and mocha coffee. I always throw a piece of chocolate in my coffee in the morning.
I hate following mainstream beliefs and concepts,not just for the sake of being a rebel. But because I have a very different view and perspective of things,and I love to innovate.
I am a woman of many words,they flow and flow and never seem to end, like channeling. That's why I love writing and podcasting. So bare with me and me deep dive long Scorpionic text and speaches. The benefit of that is that it resulted in me writing my first ever book in english: Cosmic co-Creator in 2023.

I believe your Astrology map is a blueprint to create from,break free from limiting personality patterns and to step into your fullest potential in life,health and business so you can GLOW UP from the inside out.
I believe you are a Cosmic Co-creator here to expand, grow, feel good,have lots of energy and vitality to experience,create and have all the freedom and abundance you desire in life,health and business.
I believe you can have exponentially health and business results if you follow your inner compass, astrology blueprint and rewire the way you think and see things.
I believe you are your own guiding star. If you lead from the heart and within, and are a Soul Led Business Star, you can never go wrong on your path.
I believe the power to physical transformation lies within your personality patterns,way of thinking,not by external solutions. But a combination is needed.
I believe that when you look and feel good,take care of your body and appearance-you dare to be more visible and market yourself with more confidence. As a result you attract more clients.
I do NOT believe in:
Predictive astrology,but I believe in following the seasonal astrological energies to align for your best health,life and business embodyment.
